*  Service - Because fireplaces are different than HVAC, we don't just hire HVAC

contractors to service our products. Our service personnel are specially trained

in-house and at the manufacturer's facilities to specialize in fireplace and

stove service.

*  Sales - We employ some of the most knowledgeable fireplace people in the

business.  No one knows everything but between all of the principals of the

Fireplace Center combined, we come very close.
